It shows a polar bear striding along the frozen Arctic landscape with the Northern Lights dancing in the sky. The diamond shape acknowledges the importance of diamond mining to the NWT economy.
This badge was limited to 100 copies. One copy was sent to The Belleville Scout Guide Museum prior to the Jamboree.
